These terms cover reading gummipic.com. Opening a page accepts them; the remedy if they do not suit is to close the tab.

What this domain does

It describes Gumipic and points at the shop that stocks it. No stock is held here, no basket exists, no card is charged and no parcel is dispatched, so nothing on these pages amounts to an offer to sell you anything.

Buying from the seller

Figures here are transcribed from the Gumipic label and from the seller's published bundle terms, and they are checked on the review date printed at the foot of each page. No promise is made beyond that. Labels get reprinted and prices get revised; where this site and the jar in your hand disagree, the jar wins.

Leaving this site

A link out is a pointer, nothing more. Whoever runs the site at the other end decides what appears on it, and answers for it.

Who owns what

The prose, the stylesheet and the two diagrams drawn for this build are this site's. The Gumipic wordmark, the label artwork and the photography of the jar are the brand owner's, reproduced here so that readers can see which product is being described.

Read them, quote them with attribution, link to them. Republishing a page wholesale under another name, or interfering with how the site is served, is not fair use of them.
