A static site collects very little
No accounts, no checkout, no analytics. Access logs and an inbox are the whole of what exists here.
What this site is, technically
gummipic.com is a folder of static files served by a web server. No database sits behind it, there are no accounts, no login, and no form that posts anywhere. That shape settles most of this policy by itself: a site with nowhere to put your details does not collect many.
What does get recorded
Server access logs, written by the server rather than by anything on the page. A line holds the requesting address, the page asked for, a timestamp and the browser string your browser volunteers. Those lines describe requests; nothing here stitches them into a picture of a person.
And email. What you write to us lands in an inbox and stays there while it is being handled.
Deliberately absent
This domain sets no advertising or tracking cookie of its own, runs no analytics script, and embeds no counting pixel or tag container. Payment information never arrives here at all, for the simple reason that nothing is for sale on these pages: the basket and the card form live on the seller's domain, governed by the seller's policies rather than by this one.
The single outside request
Typefaces are fetched from Google Fonts, so loading a page here makes your browser ask that service for two font files, and the service sees the request. It is the only third-party call any page makes.
Email, and how long it is kept
Messages to contact@gummipic.com are read, answered, and kept only while there is a reason to keep them - most often a correction that needs a record of where it came from. No list is built out of them and nothing is sold, rented or passed along.
Asking what is held
Write to that address and say which you want: a copy of it, a correction to it, or its deletion. Such a request is answered in the same one to two business days as anything else.
Age
These pages are written for adults of eighteen and over. Nothing on them is addressed to a child and nothing is knowingly collected from one.
Revisions
A revised policy replaces this one in place and the review date at the foot of the page moves with it. This version carries 13 September 2026.
